Schooltime Transportation

 

Transportation Information

Schools are responsible for making their own travel arrangements for Schooltime performances. Pittsburgh Police will direct school buses where to park and will not unload students in front of Heinz Hall. Your group may need to walk several blocks from where your bus is parked. Make sure you have the phone number for your bus driver before entering Heinz Hall.

Cars and vans should park in one of the parking garages available near Heinz Hall. Visit www.pittsburghparking.com for more information.

Print Your Bus Sign

PSO bus signs must be placed in the door window of each school bus. Bus signs must be filled out completely and visible from the sidewalk. Bus signs will be included in your registration packet (mailed one month before the concert) or you can download them here.

Bus Funding

Bus funding is available on a first come, first serve basis for Pittsburgh Public Schools to attend Schooltime @ Heinz Hall concerts. Fill out the form below to request funding.
