Ticket Policies

At the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable concert experience. Please review our general ticket policies, including ticket exchange options and important terms and conditions.

General Ticket Policy

The holder of the ticket voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against the event sponsor and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra (PSO). The ticket holder is hereby put on notice to be aware of all hazards inherent in attending any event, including but not limited to trip, slip, and fall hazards, dark and low light conditions, and health risks presented by exposure to or contraction of any communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19.

Admission is subject to compliance with all laws, facility rules, and health and safety policies. The ticket holder consents to reasonable examination and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion.

This ticket shall not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of any existing law or regulation. This ticket is only valid for the ticketed seat and concert indicated, and no part of the purchase price will be refunded except in the event of performance cancellation. Programs and artists are subject to change. Tickets may be returned as a donation for resale up to one hour prior to concert start, and the ticket purchaser may receive an acknowledgment for a tax-deductible contribution.

Photos, video, audio, or other forms of capture or reproduction of the concert are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in expulsion from the event. The ticket holder grants PSO and its designated agents' permission to utilize the ticket holder’s voice, image, and likeness, in whole or in part, in any media to include broadcast, reproduction, photograph, video, and/or audio sound recording in any PSO advertisement or promotion without further authorization or compensation.

Latecomers will be seated at the PSO’s discretion.
